The spring season is typically a busy time for our staff here at Triad Associates. If you’re like most people in the northeast, the thought of the upcoming spring & summer months is exciting as we transition from a drab winter landscape. If you’re tired of looking at a boring backyard, maybe it’s time to invest in a paver patio for your family to enjoy during the warmer months. Or perhaps, an in-ground swimming pool with an exposed aggregate pool deck is potentially in your future! The key to having an outdoor project installation run smoothly is to plan ahead.
Tips for Planning a Spring Hardscape Project – Triad Associates, MA
1. Start the Design Process Early
Installing a high-quality hardscaping project involves some planning. Starting on a design plan early is a smart move to ensure a layout that works with your particular backyard. Site measuring, grade elevations and revisions on a design plan are all parts of the process that take time. So get started early and you’ll be thankful when all is finished.
2. Reserve Your Spot on the Construction Schedule
By reserving a spot on our spring construction schedule early in the spring season, you’ll provide Triad with enough time to ensure your project materials are in-stock and ready to go once the ground has thawed and construction begins once again. A deposit will reserve a spot on our spring schedule and your sales representative can help with any questions along the way prior to the installation.
3. Obtain Local Permits
Some projects may require a local permit from your town (such as swimming pools, fences, sheds, etc). When your project comes up on the schedule, we want you to be ready. Obtaining a permit for your project early will help make sure the construction process can continue moving forward without delay.
If you’re considering a new paver patio, outdoor fire pit, exposed aggregate pool deck or perhaps a retaining wall… please contact Triad Associates for a free site-visit and project proposal.
